Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Naman Bastar resort & Hotel Naman Heights of Dishi Resorts Private Limited are accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites/booked directly and payments via payment gateway systems. These brands may be operated by different managements and you will be directed to the corresponding Terms and Conditions for your reservation.

By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions.

Check-in & Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time is at 2:00 PM and Check out Time is at 12:00 PM.

  • Early Check-in and Late Check-out will depend on availability and on request. Additional fees may apply.

  • All guests must present a valid form of government-issued ID at check-in. Guests must be 18 years of age or older, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Domestic guests: According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.

  • International guests: All international guests must provide a valid passport, visa and any other required travel documents upon check-in .

  • Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Please make sure you have all the required documents with you prior to arriving.

  • A scan/imprint of the ID will be taken at the time of Check-in. 

  • 100 percent of the payment must be made (either online or at the front desk on arrival) before check-in at the resort.

  • For group check-in, guests will need to provide a valid government-issued photo identification for each adult, along with a completed group registration form. The group registration form must list all guests in the group, and be signed by the group leader and helps us provide a smooth and quick check-in.​​

  • Upon departure from the property, all fees for services rendered shall be payable by the guest.

Reservations, Refunds & Cancellations 

  • Phone reservations will be duly noted. But it will be considered temporary and can be cancelled at any time if another guest makes a confirmed reservation for the same room or rooms for the same date.

  • For confirmed reservations, a deposit of at least 50 percent of the room (or rooms) total accommodation cost must be made.

  • Get us informed once you already made the deposit. We require any proof of payment of the deposit slip for reference purposes. You can send us a picture of your deposit receipt to help facilitate your booking. Please present your deposit receipt to the front desk upon check-in for billing purposes. 100 percent of the payment must be made (either online or at the front desk on arrival) before check-in at the resort..

  • It is only until then, that we may block the room of your preference under your name.

  • Refunds: Full refund of reservation fee for cancellation made 14 working days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received between two weeks and 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No Shows: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be considered a no show and your payment will not be refunded.

  • Date Changes: If you wish to change your arrival date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that changing your arrival date may affect the rate and availability. Booking directly with us will give you a one time date change option within the year if requested 48 hours prior.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

General Conditions

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.

  • Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. 

  • As we continue to strive to improve our services, we may reach out to guests to get a feedback of their experience through calls or messages.

  • Information given to us via this this website maybe used to send out emails and calls. 

Privacy Policies

  • All material found in the pages of this Website is protected under the copyright laws of India. Certain names, words, titles, phrases, logos, icons, graphics or designs in the pages of this Website may constitute trade-names, trade-marks or service marks of Dishi Resorts Pvt Ltd (Naman Bastar) or its affiliates, or Naman Bastar or its affiliates may have been licensed to use them. The display of trademarks, trade names or service marks on pages at this Website does not imply that a license of any kind has been granted to anyone else.

  • Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We have developed this Privacy Policy to protect your personal information and keep it confidential.

  • We do everything we reasonably can to protect your rights of privacy on systems and websites controlled by us, but we are not liable for any unauthorized or unlawful disclosures of your personal and confidential information made by third parties who are not subject to our control, for example advertisers and websites that have links to our site. You should take note that the information and privacy practices of our business partners, advertisers, sponsors or other sites to which we provide hyperlinks, may be different from ours.

  • Our policy outlines the type of personal information we collect and receive, the circumstances in which we collect or receive personal information, the policies and procedures we have established outlining its use and storage, and for sharing certain types of personal information in certain limited circumstances, the procedures you should follow if you have any questions or requests in respect of your personal information or our policies and procedures and the person to whom such questions or requests should be directed, and the means by which to communicate with that person.

  • In this policy ‘Dishi Resorts Pvt Ltd’ and its affiliated Hotels/Resorts, as they may exist from time to time, which include, without limitation, the subsidiaries which carry on a business that use the following names: Dishi Resorts, Naman Bastar and Naman Heights. The words ‘we’ Dishi Resorts’ do not include third-party hotel owners or third parties involved in the delivery of services, however, we have requested such hotel owners and third party suppliers to abide by the terms of our Privacy Protection Policy. In this policy, personal information means information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available and is not part of your work identification.

  • It also includes information on guest preferences and usage, when such information is supplied to or recorded by Dishi Resorts and its units  in the course of transacting business with an individual or company.

  • The Privacy Protection Policy does not apply to information regarding Amara Hotels & Resort's corporate customers. However, such information is protected by other Amara Hotels & Resorts policies and practices and through contractual arrangements.

HOW YOU MAY PROVIDE US YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

  • By making a reservation or by using Naman Bastar services.

  • By registering on the Naman Bastar website.

  • By providing the information to us by participating in a marketing initiative.

  • By visiting our website.

  • Below we will outline the type of information normally collected in each of these circumstances, the reasons for doing so, how we will use it and store it. When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our website or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or Whatsapp about our services, products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

MAKING A RESERVATION

  • When making a reservation or using Dishi Resorts services it is necessary to have information in order to identify you, contact you and to process your purchase and requests. This information usually includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date, and language preference. It may also include if you choose to share that information with us, your preferences regarding the delivery of your services such as type of room, type of bed, and the like.

  • You may wish to have your purchase of Dishi Resorts Pvt Ltd’ services recognized in a third party’s loyalty program with which Dishi Resorts has a relationship.To do so will require you providing us certain verification information such as your membership number in the third party program. We also offer special discounts from time to time that may have qualifying criteria. Sometimes we offer special offers to, for example, seniors or children. To assess your eligibility and process your reservation correctly, we need to record your date of birth at the time of booking. You may be required to provide personal identification with your date of birth in order to verify this upon check-in.

  • All hotels that are managed by Dishi Resorts Pvt Ltd are required to agree to abide by the terms of this Privacy Protection Policy.

  • From time to time, we offer packages or other services that involve third parties. If you are partaking of such a package or service, your personal information will be shared with that third party to the extent necessary to provide that service and process the purchase or request.

  • Dishi Resorts may use the information you provide to send you offers and information about Naman Bastar services and those of select third parties. If you do not wish to receive such offers and information you may unsubscribe or opt-out by sending an email. All our marketing communication of this type will also contain instructions for unsubscribing.

  • We may from time to time use third-party service providers to facilitate the operation of Naman Bastar website. As a result, your personal information may be accessed, administered or stored by such third parties to the extent reasonably required for them to perform such services. Some service providers may be located in other jurisdictions that do not have privacy legislation similar to that found in India, and information in such jurisdictions may be accessed pursuant to the laws of those countries.

BY VISITING ONE OF OUR WEBSITES

    4. To manage and develop our business and operations. For example, we analyze guest patterns of usage of our hotels and services to help us manage them efficiently and plan for future growth.

​​WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • We disclose personal information only in these limited circumstances:

    1. We may disclose a guest’s personal information to a person who, in the reasonable judgment of Dishi Resorts and Naman Bastar, is seeking the information as an agent of the guest – for example, a travel agent who is booking a reservation on behalf of the guest.
    2. Personal information will be shared with Naman Bastar for which your reservation has been made so that they may provide the services you have reserved.
    3. Personal information may be shared with other units of Dishi Resorts so that they may better provide services to you in the event you wish to travel to that unit in the future.
    4. Personal information will be shared with a third party involved in supplying the guest with the services they have purchased to the extent necessary to effect the supply and the processing of the transaction.
    5. Personal information may be shared with a third party retained by Rishi Resorts to perform functions on its behalf such as reservations handling, data processing or storage, guest surveys or research.
    6. Personal information may be shared with an agent retained by Dishi Resorts to evaluate a customer’s creditworthiness or in order to collect a customer’s account.
    7. Personal information may be shared with a public authority or an agent of public authority if in the reasonable judgment of Dishi Resorts it appears that there is an imminent danger to life or property which could be avoided or minimized by disclosure of the information, or which disclosure is compelled by legal authority. Any such disclosure of a guest’s personal information by Dishi Resorts to a third party will be made only on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used only for the purpose for which it has been disclosed.

 

PRINCIPLES

  •  We will not collect, use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose than those identified above, except with your consent.

  • Dishi Resorts will protect your personal information with appropriate security safeguards.

  •  Dishi Resorts will take appropriate steps to protect the confidentiality of your personal information when dealing with third parties.

  •  Dishi Resorts will strive to keep your personal information as accurate and up to date as is necessary for the purposes identified above.

  • Dishi Resorts will honor your request to access your personal information in a timely fashion as is reasonably possible. You are always free to refuse to provide personal information to us. You may also withdraw your consent with respect to the use of your personal information for marketing purposes at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, and providing us sufficient personal identifiers so we can act effectively on your request. However, in either case, this may limit our ability to serve you.
